[Titans](/teams/tennesseetitans/profile?team=TEN) stay put and land the top player in the draft.
[RGIII](http://www.nfl.com/player/robertgriffiniii/2533033/profile) isn't the long-term answer at the position.
[Rams](/teams/losangelesrams/profile?team=LA)ey would be a great addition to the San Diego secondary.
  The
[Cowboys](/teams/dallascowboys/profile?team=DAL) are desperate to upgrade the pass rush.
Hargreaves can play inside or outside, and would provide the
 [Jaguars](/teams/jacksonvillejaguars/profile?team=JAC) with a proven playmaker.
  The
[Ravens](/teams/baltimoreravens/profile?team=BAL) are at their best when they dominate the trenches.
This could be a QB, but instead the
[49ers](/teams/sanfrancisco49ers/profile?team=SF) take the best available player.
Elliott would be a perfect fit for Doug Pederson's offense.
This might be a little early for Dodd, but he would upgrade the Tampa pass rush.
  The
[Giants](/teams/newyorkgiants/profile?team=NYG) now have two young, talented bookends at offensive tackle.
Floyd is an elite athlete and his best football is ahead of him.
Treadwell would be a perfect complement to
 [Brandin Cooks](/player/brandincooks/2543498/profile).
Miami continues to invest in making its defense dominant.
Jackson is a very talented player who would fit well in this division.
  In this scenario, the
[Rams](/teams/losangelesrams/profile?team=LA) would run the card up to the desk in Chicago.
Jones has a rare mix of size and athleticism.
Atlanta goes back to Clemson to find a complementary pass rusher for
 [Vic Beasley](/player/vicbeasley/2552301/profile).
  The
[Colts](/teams/indianapoliscolts/profile?team=IND) must address the offensive line.
Rankins is very disruptive and the
[Bills](/teams/buffalobills/profile?team=BUF) need some youth up front.
Ragland is a dominant run defender and he's underrated in coverage.
Billings is very strong and quick. Plus, he fills a need in Washington.
Coleman is my favorite receiver in the draft class, and he would excel opposite
 [DeAndre Hopkins](/player/deandrehopkins/2540165/profile).
There could be a mini run on wideouts at this point in the draft.
Reed is one of the most reliable, consistent players in the draft.
Alexander is a great fit in this defense.
  The
[Seahawks](/teams/seattleseahawks/profile?team=SEA) need to infuse the offensive line with more talent.
Lee has elite speed and athleticism for the position.
  The
 [Chiefs](/teams/kansascitychiefs/profile?team=KC) replace
[Sean Smith](/player/seansmith/2507783/profile) with a similar player.
  The
[Cardinals](/teams/arizonacardinals/profile?team=ARI) continue to invest in the offensive line.
Joseph plays with an edge and he would wreak havoc behind this defensive front.
  The
 [Broncos](/teams/denverbroncos/profile?team=DEN) land their franchise QB.
