Inside the Schedule
A new coach, a new quarterback and a new identity helped the Vikings post a surprising 7-9 record in 2014. The Norsemen will look to improve on that and fight for the playoffs in 2015, starting with early-season games against the Bears and Rams. They'll have to play their best football later though, as late-season games against the Packers, Lions and Cardinals loom.
Key Games
Week 16, vs. Giants:Eli Manning and his rejuvenated offense will be a great test for Mike Zimmer's young, improving defense.
Week 11, vs. Packers: At both Cincinnati and Minnesota, Zimmer has done well scheming against Aaron Rodgers. This will be his chance to try and take down the King of the North.
