Injury roundup: Roddy White (hamstring) questionable

Roddy White's availability in Week 3 has yet to come into focus.

The Atlanta Falcons have listed the veteran wide receiver as questionable for Thursday's divisional showdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

White is dealing with a hamstring injury that kept him out of practice on Monday and Tuesday. Falcons coach Mike Smith told reporters on Tuesday, "It's not important for Roddy to practice," and added that the team was taking typical precaution with a veteran player on a short week.

"Right now, our goal is to have Roddy as healthy as he can be for the ball game on Thursday night," Smith said.

Barring a setback, expect White to see the field against the Bucs. How effective he'll be at less than 100 percent remains to be seen.
