Dolphins tinker with D-line by adding Baker, dropping Rose

The Miami Dolphins made two roster moves Saturday, signing defensive lineman Ryan Baker and waiving defensive lineman Robert Rose, the team announced.

Baker, signed off the Dolphins' practice squad, spent training camp with the team before being released Sept. 4.

Baker had four tackles during the preseason, and he appeared in five games with Miami in 2009, his rookie season, notching two total tackles.

Rose, an undrafted rookie out of Ohio State, was claimed off waivers by the Dolphins on Sept. 5 after being waived by the Seattle Seahawks, who signed him in April.

Rose was inactive for the Dolphins' season opener at Buffalo.
