Rookie wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins capped another impressive game with a 3-yard touchdown reception in overtime, propelling the Texans to a 30-24 win over the Tennessee Titans.

Hopkins became Matt Schaub's No. 1 target after Johnson was forced to the locker room with a possible concussion late in the fourth quarter. Hopkins finished with seven catches for 117 yards. The Kevin Walter era in Houston seems miles away.

The Texans have started 2-0 the hard way. After wiping out a 21-point second-half deficit to beat the San Diego Chargers last Monday night, Houston erased an eight-point deficit to beat a Titans team whose improved defense should keep them competitive in most games this season.

The Texans had a chance to win in regulation, but kicker Randy Bullock's 46-yard field-goal attempt clanged off the upright as time expired. Bullock now has missed four of his first five kicks this season. He'll be on notice entering Week 3.

Hopkins' game-ending touchdown catch was a thing of beauty. The rookie reached high and showed great body control to get his toes down in bounds. Hopkins has the potential to bring a much-needed dimension to Houston's offense. He showed it Sunday.
