Coaches from Bucs, Ravens, Pats check out Harvard's pro day

Representatives from 26 NFL teams -- including offensive line coaches from the Baltimore Ravens, New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- were on hand for Harvard's pro day on March 10.

The workout was held indoors and was run on FieldTurf.

Offensive tackle Cole Toner -- 6-foot-5 1/4, 303 pounds -- ran the 40-yard dash in 5.21 and 5.27 seconds. He had a 28 1/2-inch vertical jump and 8-foot-8 broad jump. He did 24 reps of 225 pounds on the bench press. Toner did a good job in his positional workout.

Tight end Ben Braunecker -- 6-3 3/8, 251 -- ran the 40 in 4.66 and 4.73 seconds. He had a 37 1/2-inch vertical and 10-foot-1 broad jump. Braunecker had a very good pro-day workout, catching the ball well.

Offensive lineman Anthony Fabiano -- 6-3 3/4, 303 -- ran the 40 in 5.01 and 5.02 seconds. He had a 32 1/2-inch vertical and 9-foot broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.42 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.41 seconds. He also performed 25 reps on the bench press.

Connecticut

There were 20 NFL teams represented at Connecticut's pro day on March 8, when 10 players worked out indoors and on FieldTurf. One player has a chance to be a rookie free-agent pickup.

Safety Andrew Adams -- 5-11 1/8, 201 -- ran the 40 in 4.53 and 4.54 seconds. He had a 33-inch vertical and 9-foot-10 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.32 seconds and the three-cone drill in 6.96 seconds. He did 24 reps on the bench press.

He also performed 21 reps on the bench press. Longa had a good pro-day workout, and the thought is that he can be a special teams player in addition to playing linebacker in the NFL.

Offensive tackle Keith Lumpkin -- 6-7 1/4, 320 -- chose not to run the 40. He did do a 28 1/2-inch vertical and 8-foot-7 broad jump. He did the short shuttle in 4.78 seconds and the three-cone drill in 7.7 seconds. Lumpkin -- who has 34 1/4-inch arms -- did 23 reps on the bench press. He'll be a free-agent pickup for an NFL team.

Kicker Kyle Federico -- 6-0, 186 -- did a good job as a kicker at the workout and could be a rookie free-agent pickup.
