Cleveland at Philadelphia game stats

Change of pace: The Eagles led the NFL in plays per game (68) from 2013-2015 under former head coach Chip Kelly. Their new leader, Doug Pederson, oversaw a Chiefs offense that ranked 27th in plays per game (61) in that same span.

Unfamiliar territory: Carson Wentz will become the second non-FBS QB drafted in the first round to start in Week 1 as a rookie.

Ryan Mathews' big year: Among all running backs with 100+ carries last season, only Thomas Rawls (5.7) had a higher yards-per-carry average than Philadelphia's Ryan Mathews (5.0).
