Chiefs add two assistant coaches

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- The Kansas City Chiefs have hired two new assistant coaches to join coach Todd Haley's staff.

The Chiefs on Tuesday made Ronnie Bradford their new defensive assistant after six seasons as assistant coach with the Denver Broncos. Last season, he was the defensive backs coach and has also coached special teams.

Nick Sirianni will serve as an offensive quality control coach.

Sirianni spent the past three years as wide receivers coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He also coached at Mount Union.

General manager Scott Pioli and Haley were hired after the Chiefs went 2-14 last season, the worst record in franchise history.
