Carson Wentz returns to game after suffering head injury

The Eagles almost had a scare during Thursday night's game against the Giants.

Carson Wentz left for a short period of time to be evaluated for a head injury, the team announced. He went to the locker room with an apparent head injury after taking a hard hit in the third quarter.

Chase Daniel was in the game at quarterback for one possession.
