Another man down: Giants to face Eagles without Manningham

The New York Giants have lost yet another starter to injury.

Mario Manningham did not travel with the team to Philadelphia on Saturday and has been ruled out for the Sunday showdown with the Eagles, according to the team's official Twitter feed.

Manningham left Sunday night's win over the Panthers after suffering a concussion. New York is already without WR Domenik Hixon, who was placed on season-ending injured reserve after tearing his anterior cruciate ligament against Carolina.

The team re-signed veteran wide receiver Michael Clayton to replace Hixon on the club's 53-man roster.

Also out for New York in Week 3 are cornerback Prince Amukamara (foot) and defensive Osi Umenyiora (knee). Neither player traveled with the team.
