America's Team: Week 3 decisions, do or die

America's Team left too many points on the bench in Week 2, and although it looked like we would pull off a win against James Koh's team, he ended up scoring 32.80 points in the Monday night game with Darren Sproles and Adam Vinatieri to come away victorious. If only we had chosen to start Sammy Watkins over Pierre Garcon, we would have notched our first win of the season.

America's Team also suffered another tough injury to one of our top running backs, Ryan Mathews. He will be out for at least a few weeks with a knee injury, so we again targeted a running back on the waiver-wire. A bit of good news for us, Pierre Thomas may get some more work in the Saints' backfield with Mark Ingram suffering a hand injury that will keep him out for at least a month. We also left Chris Ivory on our bench last week after a waiver-wire pickup, and he had decent fantasy production in Week 2.

Looking ahead, we now face Dave Dameshek's team in Week 3. It's a vital matchup as both America's Team and Dameshek's team enter the week without a win. His team includes injured players Jamaal Charles and Jordan Cameron, so we have a good shot at pulling off the victory if we can make the right lineup decisions.

America, it's again up to you to decide which players to start in the RB1, RB2, WR2 and flex positions. Peyton Manning, Dez Bryant and Dennis Pitta are pretty much locked in as every week starters for us, but keep in mind that Manning's bye is coming up in Week 4 so we'll have to find a fill-in next week.

This week, you voted for America's Team to target a running back on the waiver-wire and we were able to secure Knile Davis who should be a nice plug-and-play in Charles' absence, however long that may be. We dropped the injured Ben Tate to get Davis who, by the way, is Michael Fabiano's "Start of the Week" at running back. But in the end its up to America to decide who we will start in Week 3.

Do we roll with Garcon again, or see if Watkins can have another big game? Should we start Ivory and Davis over Bush and Thomas? You can help America's Team make these tough choices by voting in the polls below, and check in all season right HERE.

Here is what our lineup currently looks like for Week 3, following our waiver pickup of Knile Davis:
