2025 NFL Dublin Game: Your Digital Ticket
All tickets for the 2025 NFL Game at Croke Park will be digital and every fan attending will need to have their own ticket downloaded and saved to their smartphone. We've put together the following guide on how to transfer, download and accept tickets for the NFL Dublin Game.
Transferring your Tickets
To transfer a ticket(s) to other members of your party, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Dublin Game ticketing site. For General Admission login here and for Hospitality login here.
- Select the 'Account' icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'View Account Menu' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'Ticketing' and then select 'Ticket Transfer' in the drop down menu
- Click 'Select'
- Select the ticket(s) you wish to transfer by ticking the box to the left of the ticket(s) and enter the First Name, Last Name and Email Address of each person you wish to transfer the ticket(s) to. Tickets can only be transferred once so please ensure each ticket goes to the person using it on Gameday
- Select 'Transfer Now'. You will be shown a pop-up confirmation box, select 'Confirm Ticket Transfer'
- A 'Transfer successful' message is displayed
You'll then receive an email to confirm you have transferred the ticket(s). The person you have transferred the ticket(s) to will receive an email telling them they have been transferred tickets with details of how to login or activate their account.
If you withdraw a transfer, navigate to the same page as above and select 'Withdraw' and follow the steps. The person you transferred the ticket(s) to will receive a 'Transfer Withdrawn' email to confirm that the ticket they had been transferred is no longer valid.
You can see a history of the transfer activity for each of your tickets by selecting 'Ticket History'.
Accepting your Ticket
If you have been transferred a ticket for the 2025 NFL Dublin Game, you will need to accept the ticket in your account. To do so, follow the steps below:
- Login to the Dublin Ticketing site or activate your account. For General Admission tickets click here . For Hospitality tickets click here
- Select the Account icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'View Account Menu' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'Ticketing'
- Select 'Tickets'
- Transferred tickets will appear in this menu, no later than 5 days before gameday and can be added to your Apple or Google wallet.
Downloading your Ticket
Your ticket will appear in your Dublin ticket account no later than 5 days before gameday. To access your ticket, click to login to the Dublin Game ticketing site and follow the steps below:
- Select the Account icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'View Account Menu' at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
- Select 'Ticketing'
- Select 'Tickets'
Digital tickets will appear in this menu, no later than 5 days before Gameday and can be added to your Apple or Google wallet.
Using your digital ticket at the Stadium
With your ticket safely secured in your smartphone's digital wallet, you will not need to worry about printing anything off before you leave home. Just make sure your phone has sufficient battery life before setting off.
- On approach to the stadium, locate your ticket held within your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app
- Check your gate number on the ticket. There will be plenty of signage on the day to help you navigate to your entrance
- Please ensure your digital ticket is ready to be checked at the perimeter by one of our stewards. They will scan the QR code on your smartphone.
- Present your phone for the steward to scan from a safe distance
- At the turnstile your phone should be held, screen up, over the contactless reader. You may also scan the QR code under the barcode reader. Our stewards will be on hand for any assistance you may require
- Please note, each ticket will only work once on the turnstile – it is not possible to pass your ticket onto anyone else once you have entered the stadium

What do I do if I don't receive the email with the ticket links?
If you have not received the email 72hrs prior to gameday, please email Ticketmaster .
What if I don't have a smartphone?
If you or any of your guests do not have a smartphone please contact Ticketmaster .
What if my phone battery dies before I get to the Stadium?

I have purchased children's tickets and they don't have an email address, what do I do?
Please contact Ticketmaster . They will be able to email Print@Home tickets to you for those of your party who don't have an email address or smartphone.
What if I can no longer attend the game? Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not available however you are now able to list your ticket for sale on TicketExchange for other fans to purchase.
What if my phone doesn't scan when I get to the Stadium?
There will be plenty of stewards on hand to assist on the day.
