2025 NFL Dublin Game: Accessibility Guide

The NFL is committed to ensuring all fans, including those with disabilities or additional support needs, have an inclusive and enjoyable experience at Croke Park Stadium. This guide provides information on accessibility for the 2025 NFL Dublin Game.

Please review carefully, as event-day procedures may differ from standard Croke Park accessibility information. Updates will be communicated through the One Pass App.

Travel

Air Travel:

Be sure to check out how to get the support and help you need at Dublin Airport HERE. Dublin Airport offers special assistance with pre-booking through the PRM Desk (Persons with Reduced Mobility). Staff support, step-free routes, and mobility equipment are available.

Public Transport:

Transport for Ireland (TFI Accessible travel) is committed to accessible travel through features like theTFI Journey Planner, TFO Live App or booking assistance.

DART, LUAS, and Irish Rail services all have barrier-free stations (check Irish Rail's "Travel Assistance Service").

Dublin Bus network is fully wheelchair accessible, including kneeling buses and audio/visual stop announcements.

Taxi Services:

Wheelchair-accessible taxis are widely available via the Free Now app and local dispatchers.

Getting Here on Game Day

Public Transport Access:

Closest accessible stations:

  • Drumcondra (Irish Rail, step-free to platform with ramps) 1.0 km, 15 minutes or approx 1400 steps from the station to the stadium entry
  • Connolly Station (LUAS/rail, step-free) 1.3 km, 20 minutes or approx 1800 steps

Accessible Parking is exclusively for fans with valid Disabled Person's Parking Card. All requests are verified with your valid accessible ticket and information is communicated to the ticket holder email account. No general fan parking is available due to security perimeters.

NFL Clear Bag Policy

Consistent with all NFL games, the NFL strongly encourages fans not to bring any type of bag to the arena, but if necessary, clear bags outlined in the policy are permissible.

The NFL does allow exceptions for special medical equipment after proper inspection. Security will be present at arena entrances to screen these bags and medically necessary items. 

Game Day Ticketing

Accessible Seating:

Wheelchair and ambulant accessible seats, with companion seating, are available throughout the stadium on Level 4 and in premium locations.

Service animal accommodations are available, please reach out to IrelandTickets@nfl.com if arrangements have not been made.

Event Day Relocations:

Guests who have a valid ticket but cannot access their assigned seat may request relocation through an Interior Ticket Resolution desk.

Please note that such exchanges and relocations are extremely limited, subject to availability, and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Stadium Facilities

Croke Park was thoughtfully designed to ensure that all fans can fully enjoy their experience.

Entrances:

TheCusack Standis the primary accessible entrance, with an additional accessible entry available at the Hogan Stand Premium Entrance.

The accessible entries are step-free, with lift access to upper levels.

The following facilities are available on Level 4 Cusack Stand:

Welfare Room

Accessible toilet facilities are provided on the main Level 4, Level 5 Premium, Level 6 and Level 7.

Sensory Room

Please see the Information Booth near Gate A2, or ask any steward with the Accessibility or Care Team to request access to the Cú Chulainn's Corner Sensory Room. The sensory room does not have access to the pitch

Croke Park is partnered with Vision Sport Ireland to provide the ADC, specific for blind and vision impaired fans for an immersive game experience. There is no cost for this service.

Assistive Services

The Croke Park specialized Accessibility Team is available at many locations around the stadium campus. They are a team of specially trained health professionals and are happy to assist any of our patrons with accessibility needs on game day. They are positioned at the Cusack A2 gate (Between Block C & D turnstiles) and the Hogan Premium entrance on Jones Road. They wear blue bibs and are happy to help patrons to their seats if additional assistance is required. Any of our stewards can call the team if special assistance is required.

Sign Language:

Irish Sign Language (ISL) and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreter will be available for pre-game anthems.

Sensory Services 

In addition to the Sensory Room, Sensory Kits (ear defenders, fidget tools) are available free of charge.

Medical Assistance:

Should you require medical assistance at anytime during your visit, please contact any member of the stewarding and staff team immediately.
