PLAYER ANALYSIS
Taylor-Demerson might not have the highly coveted measurables that teams will gravitate toward, but he brings plenty of instincts and ball skills. He offers coverage versatility as a split safety, high safety and nickel. He’s quick enough to handle man coverage and plays with outstanding anticipation to steal from quarterbacks who show their cards. His aggression will create some negative plays and his tackling might never be more than average. Taylor-Demerson’s versatility, football IQ and consistent ball production align with what defensive coordinators are looking for and should make him a solid starting defensive back.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Wideout with good size who posted a productive final season to build upon during the draft process. Polk might not have the early acceleration to overtake and stack NFL press corners. He also lacks ideal suddenness getting in and out of his breaks as a route runner. He runs routes with consistent pace -- including through his stems and turns -- which can create some freedom. However, Polk shines once the ball goes up. He can carve out space near the boundary, catch with strong hands when contested and track and finish when he heads deep. Polk's speed proved slightly below average at the NFL Scouting Combine, but his other numbers were strong enough for him to receive consideration starting late on Day 2 of the draft.

Round 7 • Pick 16
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Despite six seasons in college, Cole might still be moldable with untapped production lingering. He's tall with exceptionally long arms that allow him to disengage from blocks or eventually work around pass protection. He's not overly instinctive or skilled as a pass rusher, and he had trouble minding the gap against the run when squaring off against bullies on his schedule. With more mass and play strength, Cole might be targeted to rotate as an odd-front end with the athleticism and traits to become a more consistent pass rusher.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Traits-based safety with limited in-game experience and bumpy tape but impressive flashes. Owens simply hasn't played enough football for one to determine whether or not his apparent mental busts and issues with positioning in the run game will subside with more experience. He's big, physical and rangy with a temperament for striking near the line of scrimmage. He's not ready to handle high safety responsibilities but can be a tough out when he's in position to contest a throw. His A+ special teams potential could buy him time as he continues his schooling as a hybrid linebacker/safety with a higher floor and lower ceiling.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
McNamara has the body type and leg teams look for in an NFL punter. He can long-lever punts with good hang time but has occasionally outpunted his coverage, leading to excessive return yardage. While he has field-flipping power, his touch was a little erratic in 2023 and will need to be corrected for important field position battles. McNamara is a draftable talent and has a legitimate shot to make an NFL roster.
