Height, weight, speed and aggression all check out for Bell. He is a capable run supporter with the range and aggression to make plays, but his instincts still need a lot of work. Unless Bell plays with more discipline and awareness on the back-end, he'll be unlikely to find the field for an NFL defensive coordinator. Bell's traits and physicality give him a shot as a priority free agent.
