However, the flashes fail to produce an expected level of production due to inconsistencies with instincts and awareness. He plays with quality body control, field fluidity and recovery talent, which should add up to better overall coverage success if a team can coach him into recognizing and attacking routes. Baker can play in a variety of coverages and has the upside worthy of a late-round pick.
