Four-year starter with the unenviable task of playing bigger, stronger receivers on the outside without much safety help. Burns took his lumps over the first couple of seasons, allowing touchdowns and interference penalties too frequently, but showed vast improvement in both areas over the last two seasons. He's a scrappy worker bee in coverage and with his run support, but he's simply not big or explosive enough to play outside and might not have the short-area twitch to handle slot coverage on the next level.
