Round 2 • Pick 17
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Slightly undersized slot receiver who makes up for it with above-average strength and competitive fire that shows up throughout the tape. He can beat one-on-one coverage with speed but lacks the size and length to legitimately challenge NFL cornerbacks outside. He's difficult to press, elusive out of route breaks underneath and his ability after the catch could make him a priority target when it's time to move the sticks on third down. He lacks desired game experience on paper, but he's the same player week in and week out and teams know exactly what they will get with him. His football character and acumen are big pluses to go with his talent. Moore should become a good starting slot target with punt return potential.

ACQUIRED VIA
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Throwback body type with broad shoulders as well as thickly muscled arms and legs at inside linebacker. Barnes has seen plenty of action as a three-year starter and has the added experience of learning two different positions. He can improve his technique as a take-on linebacker, but he has the strength to handle the physical aspects of the inside linebacker role. There is a toughness in his mindset that works well for him in hand-to-hand combat, but he needs to play faster to flow cleanly to the ball. If he makes it, his role will likely be as an early-down backup with core special teams duties.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
A team might fall in love with the combination of size, speed and explosiveness, but it simply doesn't manifest itself enough on tape to buy all the way in. His issues digesting combo routes and his leggy transitions are serious concerns when tasked with man coverage duties. Coyle has the speed and athletic ability to range and make plays on the football both downhill and over the top, but he only did that in one season. He appears to be a better tester than impact talent, but traits often earn players a longer look at the next level.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Swing tackle candidate who will need to make changes in pass protection technique to have a chance at the next level. Hermann isn't first into contact with his hands often enough, which diminishes his ability to play with engagement control in both the run game and pass protection. He has a soft outside edge and a lack of desired mirror to make up for it. He has the potential to get a shot as an undrafted free agent, but doesn't appear to have enough talent for the league long-term.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Despite carrying bad weight on his frame in the past, Neal was much quicker and more impactful as a nose for the Purdue defense, but his knee injury took away 2019 and he was just too heavy to get a good feel for what he could do in 2020. A re-watch of his 2018 tape shows flashes of snap quickness and power at the point of attack, but his play was still a little uneven against the better competition he faced. Unfortunately, it's unlikely teams will put a great deal of stock into 2018, as he was unable to show he could play at his top form this past season.
