PLAYER ANALYSIS
One-note, downhill back who can leverage and unlock impressive power into opposing tacklers. Most of his evaluation requires 2019 tape as he never got going in Mike Leach's offense in 2020. Hill has a ground gaining jump-cut with adequate ability to elude second-level tacklers, but his primary mode of operation is to run with force and create with power. He's a grinder who lacks burst and vision to slash and create chunk runs, but could offer a change-of-pace banger and short-yardage option with some third-down value.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Hard-hat inside linebacker with a burly body whose default demeanor is set on hunt and hit. Thompson plays with above-average instincts and an understanding of blocking schemes when diagnosing the run. He loves to strike and punish inside the box, but lacks the range necessary to make plays all over the field. He would really benefit from better stack-and-shed with his hands to eliminate blocks. He has some value as a bull-rushing blitzer but won't offer much in the way of coverage talent. He has backup potential as an inside linebacker but might need to trim down to bolster his play quickness if he wants to hang around.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Big and broad with massive frame and outstanding length. Parker has lined up at both guard spots and generally plays to his size with natural power in his upper body and an ability to generate momentum in cratering down blocks to open run lanes. His lack of functional foot quickness limits both his scheme fit in the running game but also his ability to deal with moving rush fronts. He can handle bull rushers, but could struggle to keep blitzers and athletic interior rushers out of his gaps. Mississippi State's extended splits did him no favors, but he should see improvement with standard splits that put him in more of a phone booth. The size, power and length could give him a chance to compete for a roster spot.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Off-and-on starter on the Mississippi State offensive line over the last four seasons. Players with Eiland's size, length and starting experience tend to get longer looks on the offensive line despite below-average movement skills and technique. He shows an ability to win with his traits on occasion, but he will need to play with substantially better body control and hand usage to keep NFL defenders from exploiting him early and often if he makes a team.

ACQUIRED VIA
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Defensive end who might have to move inside if he's not more careful about managing his weight. Spencer was listed at 300 pounds in 2020 and it clearly had an impact on his overall effectiveness. He's a flash player with natural strength to strike and play around blocks, but too often he ends up on the ground or blocked. He has first-step explosiveness and good edge bend, but he's going to need to keep his motor cranked up enough from snap to snap and as a secondary pass rusher. He has draftable talent but lacks the grit to play inside, so he might need to get in better shape to stay at his natural position.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Murphy played the safety and big-nickel spots at Mississippi State, but neither position seems to suit him as a pro prospect. He has coverage limitations from the slot and lacks recovery speed and instincts as a high safety. He has the size to be a forceful hitter, but has way too many missed tackles for any NFL team to trust him as a last line of defense.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Mitchell's ability to win throws with his catch radius might be appealing, but his below-average hands and difficulty finding space underneath are concerns. He's so long and leggy that getting off press will be a problem, and most of his translatable success will come on the move on crossing routes or down the field on jump-ball throws. He needs better play strength to work against NFL cornerbacks on all three levels.
