Lipscomb can uncover with efficient, quiet routes on the first and second levels and gets check marks with his hands, body control and run-after-catch ability. The biggest concern will be how he handles the physicality of NFL corners who will offer more resistance both off the release and with contested catches. He has the talent to become a relatively productive pro.
