PLAYER ANALYSIS
Three-year starter with back-end-of-the-roster potential as an H-back. Togiai will put in effort as a blocker but simply isn't big enough or strong enough to make much difference near the line of scrimmage. His strength as a prospect resides in his basketball athleticism and his ability to gain leverage and separation as a route runner. He has plus body control and the speed to work past linebackers, but needs the ball thrown accurately because of his limited catch radius. He needs to improve as a move blocker and as a possession target underneath, but he might be an intriguing late-rounder for teams looking to add an athlete.
