Proverbial project who is much more "big athlete" than skilled football player at this time. It doesn't take a deep dive into the tape to see the explosive athleticism, but poor hands and underdeveloped fundamentals as a route-runner and blocker are also present. The speed and athleticism could lead a team to overlook his spotty hands if they see that area as correctable. His run-blocking technique needs work, but he can create some pop when he gets it centered up, and he offers four-phase special teams potential. He's very raw, but has enough upside for consideration as a stash-and-develop project.
Flex tight end prospect with modest yardage production who managed to finish as Arkansas' all-time touchdown leader for tight ends ahead of NFL draft picks Hunter Henry, Jeremy Sprinkle, and D.J. Williams. O'Grady is an intriguing athlete with NFL ball skills, but he catches a developmental label both on and off the field. His talent is draft-worthy, but his flameout and departure from Arkansas at the end of the year will hurt his chances.
