PLAYER ANALYSIS
Rechsteiner came to Kennesaw State as a linebacker and leaves as a triple-option fullback. His pro day is hard to ignore, with eye-catching testing numbers in speed, quickness, strength and explosiveness. His frame is a little sawed-off and he's more "tester" than NFL talent off of tape. He doesn't have a pass-catching history to sell to teams and he's not a hammer in short-yardage carries, even though he has the burst to hit chunk plays when the gaps aren't fit properly. He should get a trip into camp thanks to his workout, but needs to improve as a blocker and special teams talent.
