Enticing developmental project with a moldable frame and the athletic traits for consideration in 3-4 or 4-3 units. Cline added good weight to his frame since the end of the season and should continue to do so as a pro. His quick get-off and above-average athletic ability don't always result in the production they should due to his underdeveloped instincts and technique. He needs to harness and focus his energy to help convert the flashes into NFL production. He's big, raw and very athletic -- the perfect candidate as an early practice squad talent with quality upside to make a roster in the future.
