PLAYER ANALYSIS
Potential inside/outside target with below average speed but outstanding ball skills, instincts and will to make the contested catch. Scouts must balance his impressive pass-catching talent against issues eluding press-man and NFL-caliber coverage. Hodgins is astutely aware of coverage location in all areas of the field and adjusts accordingly. He's clearly more skilled than opponents when the ball is in the air, but the catch space will be tighter and the challenges more fierce as a pro. He needs to refine his route-running and may need to be moved and stacked in bunch sets for release freedom, but Hodgins has the ability to see the field in multiple-wideout sets as a middle-round pick.

Round 6 • Pick 10
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Luton is an intriguing developmental quarterback with good size, adequate accuracy and an NFL arm. He's operated in a pro-style passing attack with plenty of play-action and has the ability to push the ball into space both intermediate and deep. He values the football with few fumbles and interceptions during his career, but he's more of a "ball delivery" passer than one who works through progressions and picks the defense apart. Mobility and making off-schedule plays aren't going to be his thing. He's a pro-style quarterback with developmental traits who could hear his name late on Day 3.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Three-year starter with back-end-of-the-roster potential as an H-back. Togiai will put in effort as a blocker but simply isn't big enough or strong enough to make much difference near the line of scrimmage. His strength as a prospect resides in his basketball athleticism and his ability to gain leverage and separation as a route runner. He has plus body control and the speed to work past linebackers, but needs the ball thrown accurately because of his limited catch radius. He needs to improve as a move blocker and as a possession target underneath, but he might be an intriguing late-rounder for teams looking to add an athlete.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Productive runner with good vision and one-cut talent, but lacking the tempo and contact balance to excel between the tackles. Pierce's running style is a bit herky-jerky, but he does have quick feet that can make it work for him within reason. He lacks the power to drive through arm tackles and plays with a "run to daylight" mentality that will create feast-or-famine carries as a pro. He's agile and processes traffic well, which aids his cause. He's not a classic third-down back because he's not very good picking up the blitz, but he's a quality pass-catcher who could find a spot deep on the depth chart for a zone-scheme offense.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Likely tackle-to-guard position switch due to his lack of length and consistency in pass protection. Brandel is a durable blocker who lacks guard mass, but he works on the nuances of his position, which helps his cause. He understands angles and techniques but is an average athlete with below-average core power and play strength. He gives too much ground to bull-rushers, which is a concern no matter which position he plays up front. He doesn't figure to be a plus run blocker in any scheme. A spot on a practice squad should be his goal for 2020.
