PLAYER ANALYSIS
"The Jet" is an early-entry, small-school runner coming off of a monster season where he strapped it up for 298 carries and almost 2,000 yards rushing. He's athletic and can be elusive in tight spaces, but lacks instincts for run lane development, causing indecisiveness when he starts overthinking and not reacting. He doesn't have the size to break tackles and run ruggedly between the tackles, which could be a concern with just average downhill burst showing up on tape. He has the potential to become a more dangerous route-runner out of the backfield and can return kicks. He should get a shot as a priority free agent and might have the tools to find a roster spot.
