Round 2 • Pick 26
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Athletic left tackle able to make all outside zone blocks in the run game, but in dire need of additional mass and functional strength. Tape work can be tricky as Cleveland suffered a turf toe injury in his second game of the 2019 season and was unable to practice for much of the year. Issues anchoring and redirecting edge pressure are independent from his injury, but determining the impact of that injury on his play is challenging. He plays with patience and technique but lacks base width and contact balance. Cleveland has the athleticism to play swing tackle for a zone-based offense but needs to get much stronger to hold up as a starter.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Stand-up end whose production as a pass rusher must be balanced out by his below-average ability and athleticism in stopping the run. Weaver is a naturally instinctive counter-rusher who uses synchronized hands/feet to attack both inside and outside edges as a rusher, but his lack of explosiveness and athletic traits could dull his rush production against NFL offensive tackles. He plays with football intelligence, but his level of NFL success could be determined by whether his skill can overcome below-average explosiveness.

Round 5 • Pick 23
ACQUIRED VIA
PLAYER ANALYSIS
Tall, spindly deep threat with a good feel for speed variance to bolster effectiveness of separation speed. While Hightower can get down the field, he needs to be led to water and in the clear, as his ball tracking and 50/50 attack skills leave much to be desired. The lack of size and strength could be a continuing issue against press and with contested catches. His run-after-catch and kick-return ability are nice, but may not be enough to balance out the aforementioned concerns.

PLAYER ANALYSIS
Three-year starter with good size and thickness but extremely short arms for his size. Short-arm guards need to be quick and accurate with their hands. Molchon is inconsistent in both areas. He was frequently knocked off balance into contact against bigger, stronger defenders from Florida State, but played with much better control against conference opponents. He's a knowledgeable blocker who knows how to get from Point A to Point B, but lacks NFL athleticism or drive power. He's steady in pass protection with a nice feel for setting a sudden, shallow anchor when needed. Molchon lacks the traits and consistency of an NFL guard.
