Teams typically hunt for centers with the traits to withstand power or athleticism depending on their divisional competition. McCoy comes gift-wrapped in a thick, strong frame and proved he could hold up to both power (Dexter Lawrence) and athleticism (Quinnen Williams). He has some limitations in space, but he possesses more than enough body control and agility to compete on work-ups and cut-off blocks. With his ability match against base and sub-packages, McCoy could carry Day 2 draft value as a future starter.

Big, athletic defensive back who requires tape study from 2017 and 2018 assess his optimal usage. Some teams will see him as a big slot defender who can blitz, support the run, handle zone duties or play man on big receivers and matchup tight ends. Others will see him as a Cover-1 high safety with the range and ball-tracking to take it away over the top. Gardner-Johnson is too often a step behind in his reads and reaction allowing completions that could be breakups. His versatility and talent could make him an early starter with a high-ceiling if he can put it all together.

Safety prospect with good size whose college versatility could get whittled down to a more specific role. Hampton might not have the agility and coverage twitch to handle man coverage in the slot, and his run support is too passive when he's backed way off the line. His run support is more instinctive and effective as a down safety and he should be able to handle man coverage on big tight ends. He will need to crank up the aggression level and consistently play to his size to make it as a backup in the league.

Tape shows a player who loves to get into routes and become a target, but also who shies away from the physical requirements asked of him in the run game. Mack's draft projection will likely be tied directly to how teams see him as a matchup tight end. While he has some straight-line speed, he isn't that dynamic as a route-runner and might not have much impact beyond first-level routes.

Intriguing linebacker prospect who offers versatility or a lack of a clear-cut position depending on your filter. Because of his size and athleticism, Idaho used him in a variety of alignments, but he was most comfortable and reactive near the line. Elliss could be targeted as a 4-3 SAM, but his best chance to make a team and stick around long-term might be as a 3-4 outside backer with rush or drop ability.
