PLAYER ANALYSIS
It will be very easy for teams to fall in love with the speed and athleticism, but is there any way to ignore the poor pass-catching? He has the size and speed to stretch the field and his route-running is not without some merit, but if a player can't catch it consistently, it's hard to make it as a pass-catcher. Even if Smith improves the hands, he may need to show he can become a special teams commodity as well. The speed is intriguing and could garner a late-round flyer.
