PLAYER ANALYSIS
While it will be easy to get behind his size and power as a runner, it is more difficult to project him into a role that requires patience, vision and athleticism. The Virginia offense asked him to pound the rock with urgency, and maybe he would benefit from a different scheme, but his segmented lateral movement and inability to feel run lane development are fundamental concerns in a projection into the pro game. His ability to create yardage through power gives him a roster shot as a potential priority free agent.
