PLAYER ANALYSIS
Former Juco cornerback with just one year of starting experience who has the frame, speed and competitiveness to warrant a deeper dive as a developmental cornerback. Nixon plays with strength to crowd receivers and annoy the catch point, but he loses leverage and coverage positioning too easily due to a lack of discipline and pattern recognition. He's a feisty tackler with great makeup burst who figures to improve with more seasoning, but his lack of length and leaping could limit any potential upside.
