Long-limbed edge worker with NFL bloodlines and an impressive season of production that could give him a leg-up with NFL evaluators high on developmental traits. Garcia-Williams' has good football IQ and character to go with his long arms and athletic ability, but filling out his frame and adding functional strength at the point of attack is an immediate priority. He's not strong enough or skilled enough to beat NFL tackles yet, but he could go from project to prospect with additional coaching and weight work.
