Ascending prospect with rare height and length for the position. Scott saw both his production and confidence explode in 2017 and consistently found ways to win once the ball was in the air. Scott doesn't have the quickness to win underneath, but he does use stride length and hand fighting to create space for himself as a downfield threat. With experience outside and from the slot, Scott will be an intriguing prospect with backup wideout potential.
