PLAYER ANALYSIS
Basile is a potentially draftable prospect when just considering the tape along with his toughness and production. However, Basile's top speed is below the borderline number that most teams are comfortable with drafting which could cause him to slide to priority free agent status. Regardless of when or where he goes, Basile is hard-nosed, instinctive and is always in the action. He will have to beef up to compete as a box safety type and heÂ’ll have to become a special teams ace so that teams overlook his speed deficiency.
