Gilmore possesses physical traits that could get him drafted on Day 3 even though his play was very average on tape. Gilmore may not have enough anchor to stay at the nose and he lacks the quickness to play three-technique. His best fit could be as a 3-4 end where he might be able to develop into a future run-stuffer if he can improve his instincts and technique. At this point, Gilmore is more project than prospect.

Hard-hat defensive tackle who gives an honest effort each snap, but lacks playmaking traits and plus talent as a run stopper or pass rusher. LaCouture has the size to compete for a backup role as a 3-4 defensive end, but may not have the necessary level of NFL talent to stick on a roster.
