Safety prospect with decent size, but a lack of consistency in both coverage and as a tackler. Cooper's athletic limitations create difficulties handling basic man cover responsibilities and he hasn't show the range or instincts to be trusted over the top. With two years of shoddy tackling on tape, teams will have a hard time trusting him as one of their last lines of defense.
