O'Neill has good length and is a terrific athlete, but his inconsistencies at the Senior Bowl practices will be hard for teams to get out of their minds. What might be even more troubling is the way he seemed to panic and lose technique in certain matchups. O'Neill is a classic zone scheme blocker, but teams may take a look at him as a move guard with tackle potential rather than locking in with him as a blind-side tackle. O'Neill needs to get thicker and stronger or swing tackle could be his ceiling.

Jones-Smith's tape will be disappointing if you are looking for athleticism and effective run blocking, but his ability to utilize his long arms as a deterrent to pass rushers is sure to get the attention of NFL teams looking for plus traits. If he checks out medically, he could be a day three selection with the ability to compete for a future starting spot at right tackle. His case could be helped or hurt depending on whether or not teams see him as a viable swing tackle option or even a guard prospect.

Maddox is sure to get a glowing review from his coaching staff as he has been a model leader and worker during his time at Pitt. While he plays with good toughness and has good athletic traits, his ability to stay connected in coverage has been problematic. Inconsistencies in man coverage combined with a smallish frame are a concern in my opinion, but his combination of long speed and short area quickness has him rising up the board.

Whitehead is undersized which makes playing near the line of scrimmage a challenge and his instincts as a high safety were troubling as he allowed too many big plays. Teams may look to utilize him as a hybrid defensive back in sub packages with the ability to cover the slot and handle run support duties against teams who run the ball out of three wideout personnel groupings. Whitehead needs to run well because his lack of production will already hurt his draft cause.

Weah is a big, vertical receiver with strong hands and good body control who needs extended runways to build up his speed. He doesn't have the twitch or foot quickness to separate against strong coverage and he lacks the early speed to run past corners and stack them on his hip on deep throws. His size and ability to secure in a crowd are plusses, but he could be limited to a role as a zone-buster with some vertical ability.

Dangerous return specialist who offers potential value as a gadget slot. Henderson's lack of hesitation and his ability to get to top speed quickly and stay there is what gives him a shot at having early success as both a punt and kick returner. While Henderson could have an NFL career as a return man only, he has enough potential to warrant a roster spot as both a return man and a slot for teams looking for a playmaker.

Winslow's leg strength is average to below average by NFL standards and his lack of consistency with placement kicks could really hurt his cause. If he makes it into a camp, he will have to expedite his process in order to avoid blocked punts.
