On the surface, he has experience at both safety and cornerback which will count as a roster plus in his favor. However, he lacks the size and physicality to handle safety duties and he doesn't have enough speed for man coverage as a cornerback. He created disruption with his passes defensed but didn't turn enough of them into interceptions to make his mark as a productive defender.
