Glass has decent size, athleticism and ball skills when it's time to contest the catch, but his lack of anticipation and long speed is a concern. Glass is an adequate tackler and may have a shot in a zone-based coverage scheme, but without better instincts and burst on the throw, he may not make enough plays to stick around on a roster.
