Cooper won't be able to run roughshod over NFL safeties like he did in college, but he should be able to help a passing game improve quickly.

High school speedster who appears to have lost a step since his 2012 knee injury, but who is still quick enough and athletic enough to find the open spaces and make yards after the catch. While his injury history could very well be a draft deterrent, White's talent should get him a look and give him a shot to make a team. He might have to return kicks to prove his worth early on.
