Called a "self-made man" and "tremendously tough" by his head coach. Rarely gives the opposing offensive lineman a snap off, but his game is based on good hand work and raw effort rather than athleticism and raw talent. If Larsen can add more weight, he might be able to become a rotational defensive end in a 3-4 defense.
