Tom Brady: Cliff-diving 'a lot of fun,' but no biggie

Tom Brady called his recent cliff-diving adventure -- documented, as always, by TMZ.com -- no big deal, according to the Providence Journal.

You know -- date and marry a supermodel, win three Super Bowls and jump off a cliff on your Costa Rican vacation. No big deal.

"I don't look at it as a big deal," Brady said Saturday. "It was fun, though, I'll tell you that."

Brady and his family were relaxing in the Central American paradise a couple of weeks ago. Last week, pictures of him diving off a small cliff popped up on the Internet. Back at New England Patriots training camp, the subject naturally came up during a session with the media.

"It's hard to find places. It gets harder and harder," Brady said of his lack of privacy.

"Oh man, I was thinking about maybe the Olympic diving team, but it's hard not to make that splash," Brady added. "I'm glad we're playing football. That's what I know most."

Speaking of which, Brady has his usual favorites to throw to this season (Wes Welker, Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Hernandez, Deion Branch), plus a new weapon in wide receiver Brandon Lloyd, the former Denver Bronco and St. Louis Ram. Lloyd has been impressive in training camp so far.

"I've thrown the ball to a lot of the guys except Brandon," Brady said. "He and I have some extra work we've got to put in, a lot of talk a lot of communications like, 'Hey, if we get this coverage, this is what we're thinking.' Or, 'This is what I'm expecting on this particular play.' From the time we walk in in the morning to the time we leave tonight, those are the things we're talking about."
