Kiss, a rock band that sells everything -- seriously, *everything* -- now would like to get into the business of selling Tim Tebow.
The LA KISS -- an Arena Football League team owned by the veteran rock band -- has offered a three-year contract to the out-of-work quarterback.
"As a former NFL player, the LA KISS will offer intense training and unwavered commitment to the former New England Patriots player with the hopes to take him to the next level," a team press release reads, via the Los Angeles Times. "The chance for Tebow to improve as a quarterback is immense as the AFL is a pass-happy league with 90 percent of the league's offensive plays coming from throwing the ball."
The release included statements from both Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, the Kiss figureheads whom Tim Tebow likely has no idea exist.
"Acquiring Tebow would not only be a great investment for the team, but his exciting style of play would definitely send shockwaves through the League," said Simmons (aka The One With The Tongue and Reality Show). "We're excited for the opportunity to see him with an LA KISS uniform on, and for the LA KISS fans to be rockin' their Tebow shirts and jerseys."
We'd close this with an appropriate Kiss lyric that ties into Tebow's uncertain future, but we only know that one song. Instead, we'll just remind you that Tebow beat the Pittsburgh Steelers, in a playoff game, like, two years ago.
