Super Bowl XLVII: 49ers, Ravens set New Orleans travel plans

NEW YORK -- The San Francisco 49ers will be the first team to touch down in New Orleans for the Super Bowl when the NFC champions arrive Sunday night. The Baltimore Ravens are set to show up Monday.

The NFL on Wednesday said the 49ers are scheduled to arrive about 8:30 p.m. ET, while the Ravens come to the Big Easy about 5 p.m. on Monday.

The game is Sunday, Feb. 3.

Before last year's game in Indianapolis, the AFC champion Patriots arrived first, followed a day later by the NFC champion Giants.
