Tim Tebow hires broadcast agent if no QB job arises

We're more than halfway through the NFL season, and Tim Tebow remains unemployed.

But maybe not for long.

With Tebow's pro career on the rocks, NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Sunday that the former Broncos and Jets passer has a backup plan to pursue work calling college football games.

Per Rapoport, Tebow has hired prominent broadcast agent Nick Khan of CAA to partner with football agent Jimmy Sexton in brokering future opportunities, according to a person informed of Tebow's business plans.

He still wants to play quarterback, but a flock of injuries to starting NFL quarterbacks haven't led to any offers for Tebow's services. His playing career looks like a wrap, but Tebow's a solid bet to beam into households on Saturdays deep into the future.
