Scoring adjustment costs thousands of fantasy owners

Upon further review, the NFL has decided that a sack by Arizona Cardinals linebacker Daryl Washington on Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick in Week 3 actually was an attempted run.

The scoring change resulted in 13 rushing yards being taken away from Vick. And that resulted in a lot of upset and confused fantasy owners.

The research guys in our fantasy department came to us with this incredible stat: The results of 6,239 fantasy matchups on NFL.com changed on this scoring adjustment alone.

The play in question is above. We checked it out on Coaches Film via Game Rewind to try to decide if the adjustment was just. Frankly, we're not smart enough to know if it was. We do know there are a lot of upset fantasy owners out there.
