Raiders WR Heyward-Bey back active after scary neck injury

Oakland wideout Darrius Heyward-Bey is active for Sunday's game against Chicago, but the Raiders still will face the Bears' vaunted defense without two of their speedy young receivers, as both Jacoby Ford and Denarius Moore are inactive.

Heyward-Bey exited last week's win over the Minnesota Vikings with a scary neck injury that resulted in a concussion and a spine injury. He was able to practice pain free Friday, however, and was listed as questionable on the team's injury report.

Raiders safety Michael Huff (ankle), defensive tackle Richard Seymour (knee), defensive end Lamaar Houston (knee) and cornerback Chris Johnson (hamstring, groin) all are active.
