The 2014 NFL salary cap will be $133 million, NFL Media's Albert Breer reported Friday. According to Breer, below are the following official franchise and transition tag numbers per position for next season. The franchise tag amount is the average of the top five salaries at each position for each year, while the transition tag starts with the average of the top 10 salaries for each season at each position. Teams can only use each tag for one player per season.
