New Orleans Saints, New England Patriots to practice together

The New Orleans Saints on Tuesday announced their full training-camp schedule, which includes joint practices with the New England Patriots in New England.

The Saints are scheduled to report to their suburban New Orleans headquarters on July 24, undergo physicals and conditioning tests, and then open practice July 26.

After the Hall of Fame game against the Arizona Cardinals in Canton, Ohio, on Aug. 5, the New Orleans Saints will spend the next four days in New England, concluding with their preseason game against the New England Patriots on Aug. 9.

The joint sessions with the Patriots will take place on Aug. 7 and Aug. 8, according to the Saints' official website.

Practices, for which admission is free, will run from 4 p.m. to 6:45 p.m., with the last practice of camp on Aug. 16. In all, 12 open practices are scheduled in Metairie, La.

The schedule also includes a three-day break the weekend of Aug 10-12.
