Long-time long snapper Mike Leach is stepping away from the game after a 16-year career.
The Cardinals long snapper announced on Twitter he will retire from football. The 39-year-old had appeared in 216 consecutive regular-season games, the second-longest active streak in the NFL behind Texans punter Shane Lechler. Leach also played for the Titans and Broncos.
